The Friends of Dinosaur Ridge, a nonprofit organization that provides educational programming with the Morrison-Golden Fossil Areas National Natural Landmark, is excited to announce the 3rd Annual Dino Ridge Science Quiz Bowl to be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Colorado School of Mines in Golden from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. This fun and challenging academic competition is an exciting way to encourage and showcase high school students’ scientific knowledge.
We are producing a half-hour program that will air on Rocky Mountain PBS stations and be available for streaming on the RMPBS platform. This program gives some of Colorado’s brightest science-oriented high schoolers the opportunity to shine and gain valuable practice for the upcoming annual Knowledge Bowl competition.
