Dinosaur Ridge Information Resources
We always want our visitors, guests, and locals to be in-the-know when it comes to the Coronavirus, weather, road conditions, and more. This is our communications center and we’ll update as new information becomes available.
Dinosaur Ridge reopened the Main Visitor Center on May 9. We have changed many of processes and protocols to protect staff, volunteers, and visitors. Learn more about our reopening.
For those not ready to travel or explore, we’ve added an online education portal for dinosaur-lovers of all ages to learn and explore.

Difficult Decisions Ahead: A Message from the Executive Director
Unfortunately, the decision to suspend operations caused an unprecedented financial hardship for our organization and staff. A large portion of our income comes from tour bus and gift shop sales during this popular time of the year. The loss of that income will drive further heart-breaking decisions for our organization and work. We welcome donations now or in the future. Thank you for considering a special donation during this time.
Dinosaur Ridge is nestled right at the base of the foothills and our road conditions can be quite different than folks farther east. Check out the real-time CDOT cameras for the latest.
