The 5th Annual Dino Ridge Science Quiz Bowl will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Colorado School of Mines in Golden from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Marquez Hall & The Green Center
A unique academic competition showcasing science knowledge at the high school level that aims to encourage future career scientists in Colorado.
Up to 24 teams from schools across the state convene to make their way through several rounds of science questions until the final three top-scoring teams meet to determine a winner. Scholarships are awarded to winning team members who go on to enroll as college science majors.
This fun, friendly, and fast-paced academic competition is a signature event produced by Friends of Dinosaur Ridge and showcased on Rocky Mountain PBS stations and streaming platform.
