Specially themed days, including Girl and Boy Scout Days, offer free entry to the Exhibit Hall and booths with activities and educational displays relating to geology, paleontology, earth science, and other relevant topics.
Fun and unique Colorado-style single-day-camps and five-day summer camps for kids focus on hands-on paleontology and geology experiences during Jefferson County school breaks in the spring, summer, and fall.
Kids love digging into the “Seaway Fossil Box” to search for shark teeth and small fossils buried in the beach sand. Our “Backyard Bones” area provides a simulated dig site for practicing paleontology.

Schedule one of our well-versed speakers to address your group, either in-person or virtually, to hear about the unique history of Dinosaur Ridge, its missions and services. Astonishing facts and visuals will transport your group back to the Age of Dinosaurs and ancient Colorado history.
